Answers:
1. We do! We accept cash and checks. To order just
download our nifty mail in order form, fill it out and
mail it to us. Make sure you read the form over
carefully so we can get you your products as quickly as
possible.
* Goat Denim Clothing Co. accepts no responsibility for
lost cash/checks. We STRONGLY SUGGEST that you insure
your package and request a tracking number.
* Make ALL checks payable to "Goat Denim Clothing"
Once we receive payment, checks must be cleared before
we pack/ship any orders. This process may hold up your
order from being shipped.
* We currently do not accept mail in orders outside of
the Domestic United States. We apologize for any
inconvenience.

2. We have fixed rate shipping rates. Since shipping is
based on weight, additional items will lead to a higher
shipping cost. You can view your total cost of shipping
at the checkout screen before purchasing to see the
exact amount you will be charged.
3. Washing in-side out is
recommended for longer lasting print. We do not
guarantee our foil print shirts, as foil is made to have
a shorter lifespan than regular ink. It is known to fade
and or flake off slightly.
4. Nope, not at all. But we do get asked this quite a
bit. Long story short, you see other brands like
Hollister for example. Their from Cali, they use a
seagull as their icon. Well we're based
out of Ohio, we wanted to make our brand based around an
animal from our hometown. Anyways I don't think we could pull off cows, or
alpacas as good. :)
5. Please email custserv@goatdenimclothing.com with
your name, order ID number and address change as soon as
you can. We will do all that we can to reach your
package before it is mailed.
6. Internet Explorer sometimes
blocks Active X and Scripts. Normally when the page
first loads, you will hear a sort of "bloop" sound and a
tab near the top of the page will come down. Click the
tab for more options and then click "Allow Blocked
Content" and you will then see our "Add To Cart"
Buttons. For a detailed description on Active X, click
"What's the Risk" on the drop down menu. We use Google
Checkout for order processing and we assure you, our
website and the content on our website will not harm your
computer in any way.
7. Currently we only accept orders through
Google Checkout. The industry leader in secure online transactions.
We accept all forms of Credit Cards, including Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not
see your card number at any given time. You are
charged via Google's Credit Card processing database.
We ensure that your credit card number and personal
information is highly protected by Google's secure
online network.
8. Goat Denim Clothing is currently available only at
our flagship store and on this website. We will be
branching out to other retail stores across the Domestic
United States in the future.
9. If we are about to discontinue an item it will be
listed under the clearance page, or it will say final
pressing somewhere on the listing. We will soon have a
gallery for all our discontinued products.
10. Yes, we do! Every single order that leaves our
warehouse is full of surprises, like cds, stickers,
buttons and more.
11. We will ship almost anywhere in the world. Although
we currently do not have enough international orders to
create an international shopping cart. To find out the
cost of shipping international simply contact us via
email. custserv@goatdenimclothing.com Please state
the product(s) you would like to purchase and your full
address. We will calculate the shipping cost based on
your location and we will email you a link to the
payment page. (We only use PayPal for international
orders)
12. We guarantee your 100% complete satisfaction. We are
happy to give you a full refund provided the product(s) you purchased are
unworn and unwashed. If you do wish to make a return, we
also require it to be made within 15 days of the original
purchase. Upon receipt of the return, we will return your
payment in full. (Minus shipping/handling)
* If the
print/logo on your product(s) is noticeably misprinted, or if it
clearly washes out within
15 days of the purchase date please get a hold of one of
our Customer Service Representatives via phone, or email and state you have
a faulty products. Send it back to us and we will get you
another of the same product free of cost.

shoot us an email. We do all our custom stuff under our

14. All in-stock items are shipped within 1-5 business
days via standard USPS which usually takes 7-10 business
days to receive. Holidays and special events may delay
shipping times.
If we do not have
an item in-stock it may take up
to 7 days (depending on workflow) to print and ship out.
